Privacy Policy

Dear KJ Waters newsletter subscribers and web visitors,

I know you’ve been tormented with everyone else’s privacy policy in the last few months and despite my hatred for all things bureaucratic I am told by my legal counsel that I’m supposed to follow the rules or I can get my butt in big mo trouble. Those are the exact words they used.

Anywhose, this is a nice lil note to tell you I’ve updated my previously non-existent privacy policy and Terms of Use to conform with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that big brother, um, I mean that the EU has imposed on the world. When you use my site, and my newsletter I am asking you to agree to this new Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. I know uggghh. I agree, but my law dudes required this uncomfortable conversation that reminds me of the birds and the bees talk I gave my teenage kids – neither of us wanted to talk but it was necessary.

These policies attempt to:

  • Provide information about how we collect and use personal information.

  • A pinky swear promise that I will protect your privacy at all costs. I do not share this information with anyone, only use it to send newsletters, provide better web pages, and improve my book marketing strategies.

  • You now have more options to opt-out should you choose to.

Thank you for being a member of my little world!
